Terms & Conditions – Norannex Group
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all products and services provided by Norannex Group (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Ontario, Canada. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
Norannex Group specializes in:
Custom-branded popcorn giveaways;
Dynamic QR Code setup and related marketing support;
White-labeled community orientation reports for real estate professionals.
2. Quotes & Orders
All orders require a formal written quote.
Once confirmed and paid, orders are final.
Refunds are only issued if products are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Norannex Group reserves the right to decline orders at our discretion.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in each quote.
Orders will not proceed until payment has been received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Canada-wide, subject to availability and regional limitations.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Norannex Group is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, or other factors beyond our control.
5. QR Codes & Third-Party Content
Dynamic QR Codes are provided as part of our services.
QR codes may link to third-party websites, landing pages, or client-provided content.
Norannex Group is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party content.
6. Community Orientation Reports
Community orientation reports for real estate are provided on a white-label basis.
Agents and brokerages may customize reports with their branding.
Reports are subject to a setup fee and an ongoing monthly maintenance fee, which will be detailed in the quote.
Norannex Group is not responsible for the outcomes of client use of these reports.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, processes, and proprietary methods remain the property of Norannex Group.
Clients may not resell, reproduce, or copy our products or services without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Norannex Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales, reputational harm, or business interruption.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
